We ship across India. We also provide the COD option for Pin codes supported by our delivery partners
Your packages will be sent out within 48 working hours. We’re closed on Sundays, so please expect a delay if you order over the weekend. Once we’ve shipped your items, they should reach you in about 5 to 7 days. However, please understand that these delivery estimates are approximate and may vary depending on our shipping partner’s schedule and any unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery times can vary depending on where you live, how far away you are, and who we’re working with to deliver your package. If there are any delays caused by the courier company or postal service, we’re not responsible for them. But don’t worry, we’ll help you track down your package using our partner courier services.
- Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you an email with all the tracking information so you can keep an eye on it.
- If you choose the Cash On Delivery (COD) option, please note that it’s not a trial, and you need to pay when you receive your order. If you refuse to pay for a COD order, we’ll have to turn off that option for any future orders.
- In some areas, our shipping partners don’t support COD, so you might not see that option at checkout. If you have any questions about this, just give our customer helpline a call.
- If you have a special delivery deadline, like needing your order by a certain time, please send us an email and let us know in the order comments. We’ll do our best to get it to you on time, but we can’t guarantee it.
- Once your order is shipped, we can’t cancel it. And if you cancel at the doorstep or our delivery partner tries to deliver your order three times without success, we won’t be able to give you a refund.
